义务老师这份职业，教会了我们许多事，
其中最宝贵的一课，就是突破自己。

从第一次接触龙舟的懵懂，到体验训练的艰辛；
从适应比赛的紧张，到最后全力以赴的冲刺；
从品尝失败的领悟，到感受团队获奖的喜悦。每一个过程，都是成长的痕迹，也是努力的证明。

我们用自己的亲身经历，告诉孩子们：
不论你是什么身份，只要愿意学习、愿意坚持、愿意突破，
你就能创造属于自己的高光时刻✨

希望学生们能与我们共勉，
也希望明年我们一起再一次，突破极限！

Being a volunteer teacher has taught us many things.
One of the most important lessons is: to always break through our own limits.

From our first encounter with dragon boating,
to embracing its toughness,
to adapting to the pressure of competition,
to that final lap,
to accepting the lessons from failure,
and finally, to celebrating the joy of winning as a team.
Every moment is a reflection of effort and growth.

We share our personal experiences with our students,
hoping they understand that no matter who we are,
we must keep learning, keep improving, and keep pushing our boundaries.

To our dear students: let’s grow together.

And to volunteer teachers aka paddlers: may we achieve even greater breakthroughs next year!
